Leading a vision for menu tooling
I was the sole designer on Merchant Growth ("Selection") at DoorDash in 2020. During this time, I led a research initiative that uncovered a key insight about menu creation and merchant satisfaction and advocated for a vision exercise to be prioritized in the following quarter.
I planned and led a 5-day, remote, cross-functional sprint to define a vision through discovery, ideation, and user testing. The design concepts and user insights we generated became the foundation for our team's product roadmap.
